L00330 Noise Abatement Volume IV - Noise Measurement and Suppression at Gas Compressor Stations

This report is divided into two parts. Part A contains field test procedures and measurement and analysis techniques for compressor station noise. The results of a field test program conducted at nine mainline compressor stations are also included. Part B discusses various techniques for suppressing compressor station noise, including an evaluation of a noise treatment method applied at a typical mainline compressor station.
