L19722 Full-Scale Stray-Current Tests HVDC Power Transmission (Dalles-Los Angeles)

Presented in this report are the results of full-scale tests that were made to determine the effects on grounded metallic structures of stray high-voltage direct current flowing in the earth as a result of operation on the Pacific NW-SW DC Intertie.
