L51446 Feasibility of Developing New Instrumentation for Obtaining Pipe-to-Soil Potential Measurements

This report covers the results of an initial feasibility study and demonstration of the potential gradient method. Also covered is the second-phase of the project to develop the concept for practical application and exercised the most practical methods of obtaining potential gradient measurements and of processing the measured data.
