NG-18-04-R02 The Use of Spectrographic Analysis for the Check Analysis of Pipe Steel

This study was undertaken to determine whether it is feasible to substitute spectrographic analysis for wet analysis in performing check chemical analyses of pipe steels. The use of spectrographic techniques for check analyses has been proposed to API by the steel manufacturers.
