NG-18-109 Test Procedures to Evaluate the Effectiveness of Inhibitor containing Coatings

This report describes the state of progress in the development of procedures and techniques for assessing the effectiveness with which an inhibitor can be leached from a coating and reduce the occurrence of stress corrosion cracking in pipeline steels.
