NR199001 Assessment of Research on Cathodic Protection of Buried Pipeline

The specific objectives of this review program were:

(1) to examine the effects that various research investigations have had on the state-of-the-art for cathodic protection in the gas pipeline industry and to define directions of future investigations, and,

(2) to provide a convenient, comprehensive report that documents and summarizes the accomplishments of research projects conducted by both PRC and outside organizations relating to the specific research goals of the Corrosion Supervisory Committee.
