One means to do so is to employ dithering, where the air to fuel ratio sent to the engine is cycled between high and low values around the stoichiometric point. There is limited experimental data to suggest that dithering can be effective, but little is known about how dithering impacts the performance of a three-way catalyst to destroy pollutants from natural gas-powered engines. This research simulates the performance of a three-way catalyst for destruction of pollutants when dithering is applied to a natural gas engine. The model is used to understand the detailed chemistry occurring during dithering.\u003c\/p\u003e","brand":"PRCI Store","offers":[{"title":"Default Title","offer_id":44367589048398,"sku":"56241","price":50.0,"currency_code":"USD","in_stock":true}],"url":"https:\/\/prci-store.myshopify.com\/products\/pr-266-14200-r01-modeling-of-nscr-performance-with-natural-gas-exhaust","provider":"PRCI Store","version":"1.0","type":"link"}
