Those efforts culminate with the Phase 3 report that includes the revised test method, discussion of the key elements of the method, and the rationale for their inclusion. Key outcomes are discussed, including advantages to users and to the quality of the measurement. For example, modification of the NO2 pre-check sequence and calibration gas concentration will have significant impacts on the quality of the NO2 calibration gas as manufactured, and the consistency of the measurement of the species.
